Under the overall guidance of the Out of Country Voting (OCV) Programme Coordinator based in OCV HQ Tripoli, the direct supervision of the Out of Country Voting Country Coordinator in UK and in coordination with the IOM Country Mission where applicable, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the following tasks: 1. Assume responsibility for a defined number of registration and polling facilities in one or more locations; 2. Assist in Identifying suitable facilities for the conduct of registration and polling activities, and obtain access to these facilities for the required period; 3. Assist in identification, recruitment and training of registration and polling staff for the registration and polling facilities: 4. Organize and conduct training sessions for registration and polling station staff; 5. Assist in providing logistic assistance to scheduling and organizing training sessions for the Registration/Polling staff; 6. Organize and conduct the distribution of registration and elections-related information materials to the voters in the community around their registration and polling facilities; 7. Facilitate and organize communication with camp elders and other significant community leaders; 8. Act as interpreter for international staff, as required: 9. Perform such other related duties as may be assigned. Minimum Requirements: University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Procurement or alternatively a combination of related education and professional experience. An excellent degree of computer literacy is required. Strong analytical skills. Ability to prepare clear and concise reports. Excellent communication skills. Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, drive for results, respect for diversity, creative thinking. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional background. Ability to work in difficult environments, under pressure and with limited timeframes.
