The first day is not typical because I was feeling sick. Besides that, this is generally how I eat.

There were lots of good suggestions in the thread but I havent incorporated them yet because I wanted this to represent a typical two weeks. Workouts are Monday through Saturday, Sunday off. The only supplementation during this time is whey protein (listed), and 1 tablespoon creatine, once a day, everyday.
