My initial reaction to seeing and hearing the performances by these singers was that I was so impressed. I couldnt keep my eyes off of the screen. The singers had more vibrancy and life than most of the young adults I know. My reactions changed throughout the course the film in just a growing appreciation for the enjoyment for life that they all possessed. 2. The most touching moment for me in the film was when the singers past away and the rest of the singing group became so much closer. And just seeing how they touched each others lives and the family they were, they made me want to be a part of that one day. 3. I think Bob Cilmans selections for the chorus were very good because they challenged them and they were very fast paced. Their age definitely maximized the effect because to get up on stage and belt out tunes and songs of that magnitude is a great feat. It is amazing to watch them go up and sing and yell rock and roll songs that their children and grandchildren are listening to, and they know them word for word. 4.
