Rationale: The In-Service Training Program is specifically designed to help increase the academic performance of the secondary schools in the Municipality and eventually increase the performance level of the whole district (Secondary level). It enhances the teaching-learning process off teachers and students. VI. Objectives: 1. To review the performance on the previous semester(1st sem 2010-2011) 2. To set measures on how to imrove/maintain/surpass the current performance as far as MPS is concerned in NAT and RAT and other related examinations conducted. 3. Identify the strength and weaknesses of the previous and current results of the different examinations. 4. To sustain/maintain the appropriate strategies for classroom management. 5.
