TO CONNECT TUBE

Cut plastic tube with special tube cutter. Insert tube info fitting until a light resistance is felt. After this point continue to insert applying more power and a slight twisting motion. Be sure the tube has reached the tube stop.
TO DISCONNECT TUBE
* With thumb and forefinger, hold down the top of the insert against the fitting body. * With the other hand pull out the tubing. * No tools are needed.
Very Important Note Use only high quality semi rigid tubing. Rigid tubing may damage fittings.

HIGH PRESSURE MISTING NOZZLES
Nozzles are a precision component of your misting system, designed to produce a specific performance under very specific conditions. Just because a nozzle is spraying doesnt mean that its working properly. Many factors can reduce the efficiency of a spray nozzle and ultimately your entire system. A good nozzle MUST have; Very carefully engineered orifice to produce an optimum spray pattern. Orifice material must be 316L quality Stainless Steel. The tolerance of the diameter of nozzle orifices must be exact. As the flow of a nozzle depends on the gap between the nozzle body and the impeller, these parts must machined with high precision. Size of water droplets must be very small for fast evaporation. Quality of the O ring must be very high.
Different types of nozzles are manufactured by NORMIST premises by using high precision CNC machine tools and testing & measuring devices.
Nozzles and anti-drip bodies are produced on TORNOS multi spindle machines.
Orifice parts are stamped on a 90 ton press
SS Impellers are manufactured on Gildemeister lathe.
