Description Freeze the scope of project in terms of Content, Treatment, Deployment and learning outcomes from the program, Measurement etc. All necessary content will be collected, generated through Interviews and FGD Select the content that is necessary to reach the learning outcome, Freeze the content, its depth and its sequence that will be presented in the final production Learning Object creation : How the content will be presented to the learner, through Procedural knowledge/Videos/Animations/flash based exploratory interactions/Stories etc. Here we will develop options of all elements that will constitute the look and feel of the program (Visual, Template, Logos, Characters, Colours, Graphics style etc) Quizzes/Activities/Games/Survey/Scenarios identified for various contents that as per the assessment need (Recalled, Applied, Differentiated, Synthesized etc.) Proposed Flow of the Module as a story to get approval and final round of inputs before production. Module Production including Graphics, Animation, Voice over etc. Sample of the participants will test the module and give feedback
