James,
have placed the original of my complete Comwave file on your desk (and do not now have a copy). The
only change was to request text for the set sticker. (PS they only submitted the text after we had
requested it because | originally found they had not submitted anything by the Jan 20 due date. We then
had them register as 2 resellr when | found they were not registered after the contribution folks had delisted
them for not having filed the annual reporting documents to the reports group).
| will be back from the Broadcast 101 session around 6:15 to 6:30 today.
AL

Processes in place and associated timelines to improve on the current practices would also be provided
{tavailable, @ comparsion of the FCC requirements to what we have in place would be helpful. An oral

Given the timeframes, we can provide a brief deck at the meeting,
James, please let me know if you have any concerns.
Allan, as requested by Paul this morning, legal assistance will be required.
Thanks again for setting up the on-site visit today, | found it very informative.

Hi James.
‘Thankfully Mr. Godin set the record straight on this.

Of course, they still manage to pass the buck to the CRTC....but it goes to show how non-compliant these entities
can be (2005-61/2007-44) which is why we have always suggested minimal involvement by VISPs in Ci2, Send
Ci2 the call, then sit back and enjoy Enhanced 9-1-1
Cost aside, the spotlight on VISPs seems to indicate that our assumptions and rational were warranted
Take care,
