On behalf of the Ateneo Electronics and Computer Engineering Society, I endorse Lemuel J. Almendral, 4th Year BS ECE student from Ateneo de Manila University, to be the representative of our organization to the leadership training seminar of future leaders and board of directors of IECEP-EMMSC. Lemuel was the Assistant Vice President for External Affairs of AECES for SY 2009-2010. He, together with his Vice President, has done an excellent job in handling the department. He has shown great skills in spearheading the projects of his department. The remarkable results of the department's projects such as Company Tours and Interface 2010: An Inter-collegiate Quiz Competition, prove that Lem is wellequipped with good organizational skills. Albeit his responsibilities as an organization officer, Lemuel has been actively participating in the IECEP-EMMSC and is, in fact, a member of the Board of Directors for 2009-2010. For SY 2010-2011, he has been elected to the post of Executive Vice President of AECES. With his great leadership skills and exceptional interpersonal skills, I believe that Lem would provide a valuable contribution to the success of the seminar.
