EstimatesofwhenstateswilltriggeroffparticularEUCtiersarebasedonDecember2011staterates.ActualweeksofUImaydifferinthe
comingmonthsdependingonfuturestateunemploymentrates.

Tier4statesthattriggeroffofEB(orthatdonothaveEBinplace)inthisperiodareentitledtoanadditional10weeksofTier4(foratotalof
16weeks).This10weekprovisionexpiresattheendofMay.AsoftheweekendingFebruary26,Arizona,Michigan,andMississippiareeligible
for16weeksofTier4.
