Lighting used in our filming

These are professional lightening equipments, of which high profitable filming companies can afford these, however our group for media did not have a lot of budget, of which we did it went towards props and costumes.

Due to most of our filming being recoded in our local woods, we would not have been able to use professional lighting equipment as there is no electrical source to power them. Therefore, we decided to use natural sunlight, placing ourselves around the sun light, and placing the cameras through the middle of tree branches, to get a shadow on the far left side of the shot, this could be used in the rule of thirds, that the spooky part of the scene is off focus and slightly to one side of the shot. Whenever the bride appeared and dark music become more apparent, we made sure that we either recorded the scene in a shadowed area from the trees, or manually changed the lighting when we edited the clip by changing the contrast. When the bride comes up to the camera for a close up shot, this blocked any light behind her, making the bride seem not only scary, but evil and dark inside.
