Cut out the cutlines with a plotter/cutter and weed off the design. Position the transfer on the garment. Press the transfer according to the above settings and remove the backing sheet immediately. Cover the design with a sheet of Glossy Finish (silicone paper) and press again for 5 seconds.

FINISHING with HOT STAMPING FOILS

Place the Hot Stamping Foil on your image and cover it with 5 sheets of normal paper. Press it for 20 seconds with high/medium pressure. Peel off the Stamping Foil when completely cold. Press the T-Shirt again for 10 seconds with the shiny or matt side of the silicone paper for a Glossy or a Matte Finish.

FOREVER Flex-Soft Finishing Base

We advise our customers to use the FOREVER Flex-Soft Finishing Base for all Hot Stamping Foil, Flock or Glitter Applications. This is especially very important by Flock and Glitter Applications for better washability. Nevertheless FOREVER Flex-Soft White and FOREVER Flex-Soft Lite White can be used by Hot Stamping Foil Applications.

FINISHING with FLOCK SHEETS (Cotton T-Shirts & Jeans)

Cut out the cutlines with a plotter/cutter and weed off the design. Place the transfer on the garment and press by 100C - 120C (210 - 250 F) or under 5 sheets of 80 g paper by 180C - 200C (355 - 390 F) by medium pressure for 15 - 20 seconds. Peel off the Polyester backing sheet while completely cold. Position the Flock Sheet on top of the image and press by 180C - 200C (355 - 390 F) by high pressure for 30 seconds. For fixing, press the T-Shirt again with the silicone paper Glossy or Matte Finish for 10 seconds. TIPS & TRICKS It is very important, that the transferring of the Finishing Base on the garment is done by a lower temperature between 100C - 120C (210 - 250 F). This way the Finishing Base stays on the surface and enables a better bondage of the Flock particles to itself.

FINISHING with FLOCK SHEETS (Polyester T-Shirts)

Cut out the cutlines with a plotter/cutter and weed off the design. Place the transfer on the garment and press by 140C (285 F) or under 5 sheets of 80 g paper by 100C - 110C (210 - 230 F) by medium pressure for 15 - 20 seconds. Peel off the Polyester backing sheet while completely cold. Position the Flock Sheet on top of the image and press by 180C - 200C (355 - 390 F) by high pressure for 30 seconds. For fixing, press the T-Shirt again with the silicone paper Glossy or Matte Finish for 10 seconds.

FINISHING with GLITTER POWDER (Cotton T-Shirts & Jeans)

Cut out the cutlines with a plotter/cutter and weed off the design. Place the transfer on the garment and press by 180C - 200C (355 - 390 F) under medium pressure for 5 seconds. Peel off the Polyester backing sheet while completely cold. Sprinkle the Glitter Powder on top of the image and press by 180 - 200C (355 - 390 F) under high pressure for 15 - 20 seconds. Use a hoover to remove the dispensable powder. For fixing, press the T-Shirt again with the silicone paper Glossy or Matte Finish for 10 seconds.

FINISHING with GLITTER POWDER (Polyester T-Shirts)

Cut out the cutlines with a plotter/cutter and weed off the design. Place the transfer on the garment and press by 140C (285 F) or under medium pressure for 5 seconds. Peel off the Polyester backing sheet while completely cold. Sprinkle the Glitter Powder on top of the image and press by 100C - 110C (210 - 230 F) under high pressure for 15 - 20 seconds. Use a hoover to remove the dispensable powder. For fixing, press the T-Shirt again with the silicone paper Glossy or Matte Finish for 10 seconds.

Cut out the cutlines with a plotter/cutter and weed off the design. Position the transfer on the garment. Press the transfer for 1 second from the front side by low pressure. Turn it over and press again from the back side* for 30 seconds by medium pressure and 140C (285 F) and remove the backing sheet while completely cold. Cover the design with a sheet of Glossy Finish (silicone paper) and press again for 20 seconds by high pressure.

Cut out the cutlines with a plotter/cutter and weed off the design. Position the transfer on the garment. Press the transfer for 1 second from the front side by low pressure. Turn it over and press again from the back side* for 20 seconds by medium pressure and 120C (250 F) and remove the backing sheet while completely cold. Cover the design with a sheet of Glossy Finish (silicone paper) and press again for 20 seconds by high pressure**. Crumble the leather for an authentic leather look. Place the Hot Stamping Foil on your image and cover it with 5 sheets of normal paper. Press it for 5 - 10 seconds by low pressure. Peel off the Hot Stamping Foil when completely cold! Press the Leather again for 10 seconds with the shiny or matt side of the silicone paper for a Glossy or a Matte Finish.
