    BINDT (British Institute of Non Destructive Testing) Accredited Qualification Courses in Lubrication Management and Analysis

    Level 1 Course now enrolling (Level 1 of 3) Next Course Dates: 24th - 26th June
    Course duration is 3 days including 2 sessions in the lab in the evening.

    Location: ALcontrol Oil Laboratory, Conwy, North Wales, LL32 8FA, UK Cost: 735 per person (lunch provided) Course Content: Introduction to lubricants o Maintenance of lubrication devices and equipment o Storage, handling, dispensing of lubricants o Lubricant selection o Oil Sampling o On Site testing of lubricants o Common laboratory tests o Verification of collected data o Input of laboratory data into spreadsheets/database o Maintain Oil analysis program/database o Undertake basic machine inspections/audits o Demonstrate basic quality knowledge in accordance with laboratory practises (ISO 17025)
    Attendees will be required to sit a practise assessment at the end of day 3 to assess their suitability for completing the formal BINDT qualification exam at a later date.
