Determine client's goals

If we do not fully understand our client’s ultimate goal, we will surely miss our mark. We need to know who our
client is, who they're targeting, what they're selling, the concept they are trying to convey and what sets them
apart from the competition.

Develop Message
Before we can move forth, we will need all content, copy and corporate branding specifications. Moving on to
project organization or design before knowing what is included cannot occur if we want to ensure a successful
project outcome.

Organize content
We can now take the specified content and determine where each element will exist, what elements will be
associated with other elements etc.

Map out entire project

This is a visual representation of how all elements are linked, separated and organized. This can often be
easily accomplished with either a storyboard or site tree.
