Need also to strengthen technology transfer sections. Business arrangement between stakeholders/ levels of stakeholders for win-win ecosystem. Many options: traditional producers/ buyers; cooperatives; contract farming, etc

Costly investment but essential. Need the right design & construction practices for effectiveness and safety ; to enable for 2 to 3 crops per year planting. Level of mechanization depends on labour availability

From land preparation, transplanting/ seeding, water availability, fertilizer application, to harvesting & machinery calibration & maintenance, drying & milling Dedicated seed farm with certification & registration protocol in place. Usually 3% to 5% of total farm area. Usually the foundation seed come from R&D Major elements (N,P,K) and micro-elements. Complimented by organic & bio-fertilizer

HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT. Very important aspect but often unattended. Both at planning, professional/ semi-professional workers , technician & workers. Can be a source of employment & entrepreneurship. Cut across all other elementsTo prevent/ reduce postharvest losses. Include logistics from farm to milling, and from milling to retailers.
