INTRODUCTION
Art Appreciation presentation will focus on the normative strands of architectural styles on a larger perspective at a critical level. The objective is to understand aesthetic sensibilities and visual sensory appeal of the physical forms through ages as important elements in the evolution of various symbolic art and architectural forms. Students are required to understand a particular style or ism of Architecture evolved through various influencing and governing factors like place, politics, Culture, Ideologies and various other tangible and intangible associations. It is important for them to bring out these intricacies in the evolution of a particular art or architectural style to idealize the vision of the society in a particular era by an Architect or a group of Architects or group of people, evolving the highest degree of aesthetic and perceptible emotions and values in the society.
