Be able to identify all of the cranial bones from skull model. Be able to identify all major features of each of the cranial bones from skull model. Temporal bone both lateral and medial parts. Skull model- superior view: facial and cranial bones. Features of sphenoid bone. (ALL) Features of ethmoid bone. (ALL) Be able to identify type of vertebrae. Features of vertebrae- vertebral foramen, transverse foramen, superior and inferior articulating surface, transverse and spinous processs, inferior notch, costal articulating surface (cervical only). Superior and lateral view of vertebrae. Ribs (articulating surface), and types. Sternum (all 3 parts). Review sheet-#1, 10 and 11

LAB -11 Pectoral girdle- features of clavicle (both articulating surface, be able to distinguish right or left)

Pectoral girdle- features of sacrum (all features, articulating surface, be able to distinguish right or left) Humerus- greater and lesser tubercle, surgical and anatomical neck, lateral and medial epicondyle, capitulum and trochlea, radial, olecranon, coronoid fossa. Radius and ulna- radial tuberosity, ulnar notch, head of radius, styloid process of radius, coronoid process of ulna, styloid process of ulna. Carpal bones: proximal and distal rows, which one articulate with radius. Metacarpals and phalanges with #. Pelvic girdle- Right and left hip bone ( ilium, ischium, pubis), Iliac fossa, auricular surface, greater sciatic notch, obturator foramen, articular surface of pubis, posterior superior and inferior iliac spine, Iliac crest, and acetabulum. Femur: greater and lesser trochanter, lateral and medial condyle, patellar surface, lateral and medial epicondyles, and intercondylar fossa.

Tibia: medial and lateral condyles, tibial tuberosity and medial malleolus Fibula: lateral malleolus Tarsal bones: be able to identify individual names. Be able to identify the metatarsal and phalanges. Review sheet question: #1, 15
