Advertisement is a mass communicating of information to intend to persuade buyers to buy a product with a view to maximizing a company profits.

To study what type of advertisements my class mates like and why they like those advertisements. To study the effectiveness of advertisements on their buying process. To study which type of products they mostly buy after watching an advertisement

Mostly students answer this question that advertisement should be genuine. It should be faithful and must show the true features of the product. It should mention the complete features of products. This shows that mostly students feel that advertisements are not always true. Sometime they misguide the viewers.

When I ask the students that which is their favourite advertisement I got lots of different answers but the main reason behind their attraction toward particular ad is the idea or concept show in an advertisement. They like to watch something different in an advertisement like zoo-zoo ad. They like those ad which show something new. For example few students said that they like new advertisement of airtel (har ik friend jaruri hota hai) the main reason for their attraction toward this advertisement is that this ad show the college life. This advertisement is close to their lives. They try to resemble the characters of advertisement with their own friends

Advertisements shown on the television are more attractive than newspapers or hoardings. TV Advertisements easily attract students attention. Product promote by any celebrity easily attract their attention. Students like to watch new idea in advertisement. Advertisement influences the buying process of students. After watching advertisement they buy cosmetics, clothes and gadgets. The main attractions of advertisement to students are new idea or concept shown in advertisement. Students feel that advertisements are not always faithful. They said that features of product shown in an advertisement must be true.
