Sub: Filling up of the vacancies with extended merit list candidates As per the earlier notification on 26.01.2012 regarding admission to ISM JRF hosted on the website, the vacancies (discipline-wise/category-wise) remaining after the admission of candidates from the merit list will be filled on 11.02.2012. Candidates are being called in the ratio 1:2 (no. of vacancies to no. of candidates called for counseling) considering the possibility of non-joining of some of the candidates. The following candidates from respective departments are requested to report to DR (Academic & SW) on 11.02.2012 at 09.00 AM with all original documents in support of their claims in the Academic Section (Administrative Bock), ISM Dhanbad. Candidates may please note that the OBC (NC) certificate not earlier than 01.07.2011 from approved authority has to be submitted during admission along with other original documents. Candidates must bring the release letters if they are already working and requisite money for taking admission on 11.02.2012 based on vacancy in the same order of merit.
