be inspiring

In fact, we never realize that showing students their rights and obligations in class specifically and at school in general is a key to a successful relationship between teachers and students. 1. A clock must be hanged on top of the blackboard. 2. Time all activities in order to gain time for extra activities and tasks 3. Prepare more than you need and decide beforehand on the activities you can sacrifice. 4. Never leave the assignment of homework till the end of the session. 5. Call students by their names and never cast nicknames on them. 6. Keep students busy and dont allow for free time unless there is need for that, otherwise, they will end up doing trouble in class. 7. Be consistent in reward and punishment towards students, lest students feel you are not fair. 8. Set rules of conduct at the beginning of the year so that students can know their rights and obligations: Show respect to myself, others, and the classroom. Be prepared and give my best effort.
