Customer Care Leader

The Opportunity: Leica currently has an opening for a Customer Care Leader to be based in Milan, Italy. Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 EUR plus Bonus Primary Responsibilities: - Lead and manage two teams: - Tender Team: responsible for the administrative duties of the Public Tenders - Customer Care Sales Team: responsible for Orders and Contracts management - Ensure team members are accurately and successfully managing Public Tenders and Customer's Orders/Contracts - Work with customers, Sales Organization members, and Internal and External network - Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquires - Provide excellent service and ensure staff members are presenting a positive and helpful image to customers - Assist team members in planning and prioritizing while monitoring the team's performance goals - Provide training and development to team members

Education and Experience Required: - Ability to supervise and motivate staff/team members - Ability to build relationships with team members and colleagues at all levels - Ability to define, analyze and revise process and procedure - Accuracy with record keeping and policy and procedure - IT skills; Experience working with SAP is highly desired but not a requirement - Verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
