et up a meeting with someone to speak to them about their organizational structure. While youre there, you must obtain a diagram of their organizational structure. If they do not have one, you must get enough information to generate one yourself. Present your findings in a PowerPoint/Impress presentation. Explain the following: effectiveness of structure hierarchy of authority formal and informal groups within the structure and their effect on the organization span of control how effectively members of the organization communicate with each other how effective managers are at delegating authority corporate culture and how it is affected by the current organizational structure At the end of the presentation, include a section for your own analysis and areas for possible improvement. Be sure to give rationale for your suggestions. If you think it cannot be improved upon, explain what features make it so perfect and why.
