Attitude is learnt through specific experience with a object of the attitude, after a serious of rewarding experience in dealing with a person we usually come to like a person, similarly a serious of frustrating and negative experience gives unfavourable attitude.

Religious institutions, social organisation,education institution etc also help in shaping the attitude of people.

An association could be a mind set of people after a same event again and again.

They determine in part 1.Our attitude towards unions and management. 2.Our belief that certain laws are good or bad.

We often try to imitate our parents attitude by observing them. the children learn whom the parents respect whom they regard as friends ,whom they dislike. Children begin modelling their attitudes after parents , teachers, & relatives.

Mass communication means social messages on tv,newspaper can have mass appeal among the people. Example:pubicity campaign use of drugs and tabacco products are carried out in media.sss
