How to make music play right through

a PowerPoint presentation

In PowerPoint 2003

 Go to Insert – Movies and

Sounds – Sound from File
 Navigate to your music folder
and select a sound file, click OK
 This dialogue box will appear,
click Automatically
 Extend the sound file
 Click on the Speaker icon
 Go to Slideshow - Custom Animation
 Click on the drop down
arrow next to the sound
clip in the Taskpane

 Choose Effect Options

 Select which slide
you want the music
clip to stop playing
 Hide the sound
 Click on the Sound Settings
tab and click in the check
box next to Hide sound
icon during slideshow
 Click OK
 The sound will be hidden
when you are in Slideshow
view
 Play your slideshow and the
music will play right
through
