Dosificador DAHG / DAHG Doser

Funcionamiento El sistema humectador DAHG posee la ms avanzada tecnologa microprocesada. Se basa en el principio de MEDICION DE GRANO SECO; es decir que mide la humedad del grano, calcula la cantidad de agua a agregar y luego la dosifica. El flujo del grano puede ser medido por una balanza de placa como la BGE o por una balanza mecnica o electrnica. Descripcin Dentro del tramo de medicin se toma la informacin de humedad, peso hectoltico y temperatura del grano. Estos datos son comparados por la unidad de control con los datos nominales pre-seteados. Con esta informacin, el sistema calcula la cantidad de agua que es necesario agregar dando la orden de apertura de la vlvula proporcional de dosificacin de agua. Por otro lado la cantidad de agua dosificada es verificada por un rotmetro y esa informacin es tomada por la unidad de control. De esta forma se garantiza que solo se dosifique la cantidad de agua necesaria para alcanzar los valores nominales. El medidor DAHG puede ser utilizado tambin para la medicin continua de varios tipos de granos y polvos. Capacidad: 500 - 17000 kg/h

Method of operation The dampening system DAHG is based upon the latest advancements in micro processing technology. It operates according to the principle of "DRY MATERIAL MEASUREMENT", where the dry grain is measured and the necessary quantity of water is calculated and then, added. The weight of the grain can be determined by an impact weigher such as the BGE or by a mechanical or electronic scale.

Within the measuring section, the following points are recorded: the humidity of the grain; its temperature; as well as the hectolitre weight. This data is collected in the control unit and compared to the pre-set nominal data. With this information, the system calculates the necessary quantity of water to be added according to the opening of the water valve. The quantity of water is verified by a variable area flow meter, and this information is saved in memory by the control unit. This way, it is guaranteed that the exact quantity of water to reach the nominal data is added. The DAHG meter can also be used for the continuous measurement of various kinds of bulk materials, grains and powdery products. Capacity: 500 - 17000 kg/h

Balanza BGE / BGE weigher

Descripcin Este tipo de balanzas utilizan el principio de medicin por impacto usando una placa de defleccin que determina el flujo midiendo la suma de fuerzas necesarias para cambiar la direccin del material entrante (mide el cambio en la cantidad de movimiento). Description This scale does the measurement using a deflection plate that determines the flow by measuring the sum of forces necessary to re-direct the incoming material flow (a change in momentum measurement).

Dosificador DAM / DAM doser

Descripcin Se trata de un grupo de elementos que se utilizarn para regular el ingreso de agua al mojador. Esta regulacin se har a travs de una vlvula adosada a un flotmetro que indicar la cantidad de agua que se est dosificando. En caso de detenerse el ingreso de trigo, automticamente se detendr el suministro de agua a travs de un sistema de automatizacin que activar una vlvula electromagntica de la lnea de agua. La humedad del grano deber medirse en el laboratorio. Description This consists of a group of elements that will be used to regulate the flow of water to a damper. A valve connected to a flow meter indicates the quantity of water being added. Should the flow of grain be interrupted then so too will the intake of water cease automatically due to an electromagnetic valve within the water line. The humidity of the grain must be predetermined in the laboratory.

Descripcin La alta velocidad perifrica de las aletas del rotor asegura una distribucin regular del agua entre los granos y tambin la humectacin de la hendidura del grano. El mojador intensivo permite una absorcin de agua hasta el 5 %, por lo que se puede suprimir el segundo mojado. Otras ventajas: Limpieza automtica de la carcaza y del rotor por el producto. l Carcaza y rotor confeccionados de acero inoxidable; lo que aumenta la resistencia contra el desgaste. l Reduccin de la duracin de reposo de 15-20 %.

Description The high circumferential speed of the rotor blades guarantees the regular water distribution in the grain and the damping of the grain crease. The intensive damper allows water absorption up to 5%, therefore re-damping is not necessary. Other advantages: l Automatic self-cleaning of casing and rotor by the product. l Casing and rotor are made of stainless steel, which guarantees a high wear resistance l Reduction of tempering time in about 15-20%.
