KNIFE BLADES POINT INWARDS. FORKS PLACED WITH POINTS UPWARDS.

SOUP SPOON FARTHEST FROM MAIN PLATE; BUT FIRST TO BE USED.


NO FIXED PLACE FOR BUTTER KNIFE. SERVING SPOONS PLACED( HEAD TO TAIL)AT CONVENIENT PLACE ON THE TABLE.

NAPKINS
USED AT ALL MEALS. SHOULD MATCH THE TABLE CLOTH. PLACED UNDER(QR PLATE/WATER GLASS) OR FOLD IN DESIGN. SPREAD ON LAP DURING DINNER. LAY THE UNFOLDED NAPKIN ON LEFT SIDE OF DESSERT PLATE AFTER DINNER. SHOULD NEVER BE USED AS TOWEL.

SHOULD BE HEMMED (1/2 WIDE). OVER HANG THE TABLE (12-15). LUNCHEON TABLE CLOTH IS 3 INCH SHORTER THAN DINNER.

USED FOR CONVEINENCE OF GUESTS. WHITE COLOUR, VISITING CARD SIZE. PLACED ABOVE THE MAIN PLATE. NAMES,RANK AND DECORATIONS WRITTEN/ TYPED ON THE CARD. CREST/MONOGRAM MAY BE ENGRAVED.
