November 2010 Some people are being so sceptical about food due to their various choices and reasons. Food is a slightly decaying organic matter that is not scientific. It plays a vital role in our lives as an interactive and nutritional substance for pleasure and health. The tasting of food can be chosen in terms of peoples preferences. Therefore, genetically control can occur in this depending on their various bitterness sensors from one person to the other. In the post modern world, there is no way of demonstrating social status and special interactions. In the matter making choices of food; it reveals who we really are in terms of what we can do and what we cannot do. Since, food is a transformed product that can either be good or bad. Different choices of food in most religions had been made. Choices are being made by people depending on the type of the food content. Sugar refining, cross-contamination of non-GM crops, organisms and crop failure are economic ruin for farmers. Also, these are threats to biodiversity and potential risks to human health. There are different views about organic and natural food use for health.
