But that was eons before word proces-
sors were invented. In this day and
age it's Microsoft Word that helps
most of us paint thousands of wordy
pictures! So it’s high time we took the
tedium of long tailed-mousy com-
mands out of our Microsoft Word pro-
cessing by adopting these succinct
keyboard shorties,
Function keys
F 1; Gets Help or visit Microsoft Of-
fice Online
F2: Moves text or graphics
Inserts an AutoText (AutoTe:
storage location for text or graphics
you want to use again, such as a stan-
dard contract clause or a long distri-
bution list. Each selection of text or
graphics is recorded as an AutoText
entry and is assigned a unique name.)
