- Key Clubbers made and played their own icebreaker where they had to
do a series of dance moves, talk in an accent, and talk in patterns. This is an activity that can be utilized when you want to further involve members or dont have any icebreaker ideas.

- We spoke about ideas for Key Club Week. Key Club Week is November 712, 201. Some of these ideas can be seen in the November Newsletter.

- Members were reminded to turn in dues by November 1st for Early Bird or
December 1st for regular dues.

- The entire awards packet was extensively gone over. All awards that are
eligible to compete at an international level i.e. posters, scrapbooks, videos, etc. are due by April 1st including the Annual Achievement Report.

- Members were urged to start planning NOW for DCON awards as many
tasks need to be done ahead of time such as a service project for the single service award and taking pictures for club scrapbooks.

- The awards date you need to be concerned with is for the Robert Thal
Outstanding Sponsor Award given to outstanding Kiwanis Clubs which is due by December 31st.

- Finally, clubs were asked to please update their officer information sheets
[OIS] if needed.
