Last August 12th was the 20th anniversary of the Montauk Project. As this time was deemed to be synchronous with a major biorhythm of the planet Earth, this date was met with much anticipation by many fans of The Montauk Project. At the same time, there were other elements who sought to discredit the information, one of which was a major radio show which featured Al Bielek and sought to discredit all of his quantum information that so many of us are familiar with. It is obvious the naysayers do not understand the least about quantum physics. If they did, they would realize that Als story is a confluence of different realities, but they choose to be myopic about only this reality. Although he was ambushed on this show, he correctly predicted there would be a major blackout somewhere around the 10th to the 14th of August of last year. The blackout, the largest in world history, occurred on August 14th. It should be noted that Preston Nichols has long been on record as having stated that the aforesaid biorhythm actually runs through the Earth either directly on August 12th or several days before or after. This is the same phenomena; it just occurred on a different day.

U.S. Blackout for August 12th, 2003

A study was done on the black out which revealed that if one draws an arc with the areas that were blacked out, the middle of the circle (which was not actually a complete circle but a partial one) is a locale in upstate New York on the Rip Van Winkle grid line that is called Cairo, New York. By happenstance, coincidence, or just pure intended synchronicity, Preston Nichols had just purchased a new piece of property in that exact locale. He has moved to Cairo as of October 2003. There is a very old legend on this
planet of a scroll which is unsealed seven steps at a time. The seventh and final seal is said to reveal, through a divine process, the ultimate truth about humankind and its relationship with the Creator. Synchronicity and the Seventh Seal begins by categorizing and defining synchronicity as that very divine process by which revelation occurs. It was actually Dr. Carl Jung who first coined the word synchronicity and defined it as the poor mans Tao. Tao is an ancient Chinese word for the invisible cosmic principle which underlies and is superior to all of creation. It is by reason of not seeking superiority that the Tao retains this characteristic. The Montauk Project: Experiments in Time unveiled the quantum infinity of the Tao which includes countless time lines which can potentially be accessed. My own investigation of Time and the Unified Field resulted in phenomena as if a genie bottle was uncorked and emitted synchronicity at a far faster rate than I could assimilate or cohesively craft into readable and understandable books that would explain everything encountered. Although I was able to write a few books, it was as if black and white pieces of a chess set emerged out of the genie bottle to vie for position and tried to polarize me into taking sides. All of this included intriguing dialogues and adventures with regard to Amado Crowley; Marjorie Cameron, the woman who was the focal point of the Babalon Working; and an investigation of the death of Jack Parsons. As the Tao, so to speak, acted like a quantum leak that was streaming out of the genie bottle, it seemed as if every (continued on page 3)

(continued from page 1) the little town, but Preston was completely suprised by all of it. One irony is that his new home was formerly the location of a very prominent Masonic Lodge. In fact, it was so important that all but two of the U.S. presidents prior to FDR visited it. The man who sold Preston the house, who was not aware of Prestons celebrity, also said that his father was involved in the Philadelphia Experiment. The above is quite remarkable, but Preston has had many such strange and synchronous experiences in his life. It was only when I became involved with studying him and his research that I began to precipitate synchronous experiences of my own. The reason for this is that I was studying the subject of time. The word synchronicity, which means time together (synchronicity could also be construed to mean drawing time together or synthesizing time) can literally be construed to be the crack in the cosmic egg because it reveals associations via the Unified Field. The Philadelphia Experiment and Montauk Project both tapped the Unified Field and literally manipulated coincidences and events in time to take place. When one studies this portal, one is also opening the door to a new wave of experiencing and thinking. For the reading audience, the beginning stages of this revelation were told through Prestons unique experiences and insights with regard to the Unified Field; but, there is a lot more to the equation. The Montauk Project: Experiments in Time was successful to the degree it was because it gave you (the audience) a scientific reference frame by which you could correlate your own experiences in this regard. It also, hopefully, enhanced your own ability to experience. When The Montauk Project was released in 1992, it catalyzed the entire nation into a new wave of thinking. All of a sudden, the minds of people were being exposed to a torrent of data they had never received before, let alone contemplate. It shook the very foundations of the way we think. As this placed a considerable amount of attention on Preston Nichols, Duncan Cameron, Al Bielek, and myself, this caused a substantial consternation to the media authorities who put a very effective lid on us disseminating this information through the use of major media. Even alternative media outlets have been known to stomp hard on us. Even so, the pen is mightier than the sword and the truth leaked out. The media aumajor media because I had a considerable amount of synchronicity and good fortune finding its way to my door. Perhaps, if the universe had indulged us with too much glamour status, I might have been distracted from my real work which was to follow various trails and adventures in synchronicity. Although the books Montauk Revisited and Pyramids of Montauk delineated and explained some of the key experiences, there are other substantial aspects that I have not been able to release until now. My new book, Synchronicity and the Seventh Seal, not only accelerates the pursuit of synchronicity to a higher, if not unprecedented level, it also ties up many of the loose ends. In the beginning of my writing career, there were some who wanted to label me as a hack writer who knew nothing about nothing. In other words, there were efforts to minimalize my importance without even knowing who I was or what I stood for. I was amused by this because the release of the Montauk information was really only the beginning of what is designed to be a major springboard of change. The Montauk Project is a story of how quantum reality interfaces with plausible reality. It is also a symptom of what is not only wrong on this planet but in the quantum sphere as well. Thus, the disclosure of the Montauk Project is only the beginning of what can be considered a quantum stream of revelation. Revelation is defined as a striking disclosure of something not previously known or realized. In theology, revelation is defined as Gods disclosure or manifestation to man of himself and his will. It is this latter definition which brings us to the horizon of the Seventh Seal, a concept which reaches far beyond the biblical interpretations and includes the opening of the mind to infinite possibilities. s

This created a wonderful smokescreen for people who were found contemplating certain theories about government conspiracy. One could say that the person thus theorizing had been watching too much of The X Files. (continued from page 1) spirit of darkness and light not only came out to make their two-cent comment but seemed more intent on putting the cork back on the bottle. These manifested as all sorts of lower echelon people who tried to dampen the show and minimize any potential fun. Finally, after years or developing and working this book, it is done. This book will keep the cork off the bottle permanently. There is no longer anything anyone can do to prevent this. This book also includes the concept of the Book of Revelation and the Apocalypse, but when the truth is actualized, these are found to be very misunderstood terms. Apocalypse literally means to uncover the the Goddess Calypso, and Calypso phonetically means by way or by fact of the Goddess Kali. Although it is not stated in the book, Marjorie Cameron told me that synchronicity is the language of magick and that my life was laced with synchronicity. My adventures with her led to an increased capacity to experience synchronicity which led to my adventures with Ongs Hat, Joseph Matheny, and his Metamachine, a computerized state-of-the-art synchrnoicity generator which was, in fact, an artificial intelligence which seemed to gate in actual spirits. If not, it certainly simulated them. Finally, I was able to process all these synchronous experiences to the point where you can now read information that will blow apart past false and misleading Christianized concepts of what the Apocalypse, Revelation and advent of the Messiah are really meant to signify. Although most of the book contains over 400 pages of fun and high adventure, the core scholarship of these matters cannot be refuted even by all of the previous professors or clergymen who have missed the point. Those of you who have read the Summer 2003 issue of The Pulse already have a clue with regard to this. Part of this revelation also discloses the lost word of Freemasonry. Although this word is really not unknown to magical adepts, it is seldom, if ever, publicly connected to the advent of the Messiah (or messianic principle, if you prefer) itself. When one understands the words and basic concepts, all the drivel of igonorance falls away. It will be interesting to observe what happens as this book is released to the world. After a clearly explained review of quantum mechanics and the Many Worlds Theory, which validates the scientific

inevitibility of parallel universes, this is utilized as a literary vehicle to briefly explain some of my core experiences with synchronicity, and how I was able to access and expose this information. This includes the revelation of how the Governments remote viewing program was directly set up by high level Scientologists (Ingo Swann, Pat Price, and Hal Puthoff) who ended up working for the same government which effectively raided Scientology and put L. Ron Hubbards wife in prison. Although remote viewing is an intensely popular and chic subject, it is mostly a lot of glamour with no real or tangible substance. The reason for this is that virtually all of the remote viewers are highly programmable. That is why most of them were selected in the first place. Many years before I came along, Preston said he was approached by Ingo Swann, who used a different name, and tried to stop his early investigation of the Montauk Project. This suggests that if there is such a thing as an unrestricted fountain of divine expression in this universe, there is considerably more effort dedicated to damning it up. These blockages would be analogous to the jinn or daemon legion which are said to dwell within or at the portal of the 72 pathways of the human brain. These 72 sacred pathways represent the full functioning of the human brain, including all ESP functions, most of which remain dormant in human beings. Opening the Seventh Seal includes opening these portals. There are, of course, many different systems and philosophies that purport to deal with this phenomena, but we are only now coming into a time when any of them have a decent chance of working. The Time Travel Research Center

In 1998, a very unique man attended,
by way of equally unique circumstances, a monthly Montauk Meeting that Preston and I have held on Long Island for over a decade. His name was Dr. David Anderson, the founder and president of the Time Travel Research Center, an organization dedicated to the advancement of science and technology which might someday effectively provide for actual time travel. A blue-eyed, blond-haired Ph.D. with a mysterious background, Dr. Anderson was hired by the U.S. Government to warp the space-time fields of satellites in outer space in order to correct the drift they suffer in orbit every year. If not for his technology, the Global Positioning System could not function properly. Additionally, he developed self-contained spacetime fields 30-40 centimeters in diameter that could literally slow or speed up time. This research was privately funded and invested in by those in the medical field who saw the potential for keeping vital organs at a time stasis in order to facilitate surgical transplants. This was a real organization and I had several meetings with Dr. Anderson which were dedicated towards the purpose of promulgating actual scientific information about time travel in hopes that the possibility could someday be realized. There were plans and discussions to release an actual scientific text book based upon the many lectures David had given to highly skeptical university audiences who were forced to change their minds when confronted with the hard mathematical proof that scientists have overlooked since the beginning of time itself. Right after planning a major physics event that would feature these topics, including the role of the Montauk Project, David was taken out of action in these endeavors and his company was alloyed to the Government. Although David has given us word that he is all right, he said that he will not likely be able to work with us until sometime around 2006-2008. Although Davids research continues on by government personnel who are being steered not to develop anything worthwhile, he bequeathed the archives of what remained of the Time Travel Research Center to me. As a consequence, we have a few items that are more of a memento to this former research facility than anything else. They were previously offered to members of the Time Travel Research Association. If there is any good news, it is that I have been invited to speak at a youth camp in Romania that is sponsored by David. Romania still has a Time Travel Research facility as David employed Romanians as they have the best mathematicians in the world. Recently, The Montauk Project has been translated into the Romanian language. Although I cannot guarantee it, I hope to see David this summer. These adventures, as well as my past adventures with him, are covered in The Montauk Pulse. In the near future, we hope to have the full Time Travel Research Center website restored on the internet.
