CURRENT LIMITER

Objective: To understand how to use the current limiter and design using
the simple resistances to give the rated current. Also, using current limiter
give voltage across a 1kΩ resistor in the circuit.
Equipment used: [1]. EE 222 lab kit
[2]. DC power supply
Procedure: To begin the lab, using the ohm’s law find the values of current
limiter R for all steps in the table shown below. After that, connect the
circuit shown in figure on the bread board. Power will be supplied from the
12 V DC to your circuit. Finally, calculate the voltage and the current
values.
Results:

Inferences: This lab is easy and had no problem to connect the circuit. We
learned how to use the bread board and to connect the resistor in series.
This lab provides the verification of the ohm’s law.
