2. ACCESS ARCHIVED EMAILS VIA GFI MAIL ARCHIVER

2.1

OVERVIEW

VisionetSystems colleagues can use GFI MailArchiver for accessing their Emails. Most of the colleagues
have configured this utility in their Outlook. That will also be accessible from external network without
dialing VPN.

The URL for accessing GFI Mail-Archive from Web Browser is https://mailarchive.visionetsystems.com/MailArchiver
(or https://archives.visionetsystems.com/MailArchiver).

2.2

GFI MAILARCHIVER SETTINGS IN OUTLOOK

Right Click on your GFI MailArchiver Mailbox and select Properties and then select Advanced, please use
the public URL for the URL of GFI MailArchiver server: https://mailarchive.visionetsystems.com/MailArchiver
and select OK to save changes.
