PROJECT DISCRIPTION:

My project titled “Static Frequency converter.” In this we obtain

variable frequency, variable voltage supply from fixed frequency, fixed
voltage supply by using thyristors modules. Fixed frequency, fixed voltage
supply is first rectified into DC by using converter circuit and then it is
converted into variable frequency, variable voltage supply by using
inverter circuit. After the machine attains the synchronous speed the
static frequency converter equipment will be disconnected and the
machine is directly connected to the supply. Now we can use the same
SFC equipment to start another machine.

MOTORS,AC DRIVES,DC DRIVES.
 Maintained PaperMachines (15/50/150tonnes)/day and come across
 many problems occured in trouble shooting.
