to MaraOfRevan former Merchant of Port Shilo on this the 13th day of october, in the year of the Priest-Kings 2011. This document is made for the purpose of adopting a Free Child. Should the terms of this Contract be violated all penalities listed will apply. The Scribe Caste of Al Tariq will oversee any penalities and/or guilt of the party or parties that break this contract. Evidence in the form of testimony, witnesses and logs will be produced upon request. Fair, impartial and just handling of the case through evidence will be overseen. If any discrepencies or favoritism is found, this Contract will be seen as null and void. The Child Jess, age 10, hereby an orphan due to the capture/kidnapping of her mother Mara and left in the city of Port Shilo. Because of the abandonment by her, the Lady Anmi, Tatrix of Al Tariq, has decide to take the child into her home until such time the child takes a Free Companion. She is to listen to all rules set into place by the adoptive Mother and any Free Companion she may have or aquire in the future. Failure to do so will result in her being left to her own devices taking with her only what she kept from when Athena, Mara's sister, took the possessions or to go with said Relative.
