About Make a Difference Day: Make a Difference Day - a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. This year, the focus is to improve our community with building, painting, cleaning and gardening projects. About the site: This building is an approximately 60 year old barracks building and currently serves as a full service office and averages 12 volunteers and nine employees daily. On the average, 75-100 clients and non-clients access this office on a daily bases. Having these services done for us, not only provides us with a clean and healthy environment but will motivate and uplift our spirits to serve the service members and their dependents with the necessary financial and non-financial assistance they need. About the project: Volunteers will spend the day deep cleaning rooms, washing windows and screens, and sanitizing toys.
