According to the guidelines on “How to Construct a Table”, Try to include rows or


columns and horizontal rules to separate headings from the data. As you can see at the first table
the heading is not separate from the data. In the second table, the title is separated from the data.
In using vertical rules, it separate columns and it is now easier to compare individual values. The
years and corresponding data were arranged according to the latest information, unlike the first
table. The significant decimal must be round to the nearest whole number to understand of the
readers like the second table. The table should be ¾ of the size of the paper.
