Sir,
It is respectfully submitted that the wife of applicant was
abducted deceitfully by accused persons Nazir Hussain, Mummtaz
Hussain sons of Noor Muhammad (Nambardar), Dr. Bilal S/o
Muhammad Ramzan and two other unknown person (can be identified
on appearance). The wife of the petitioner (Mst. Sughran) was
subjected to gang-rape by all the culprits and nude photo-graph was
also made.
All the accused persons belong to an influential “Lang”
family and petitioner could not succeed to get the case registered
against the culprits. Ultimately, on the general protest of the locality,
the case was registered after the remarkable delay of 3 months. Now,
there is no investigation at all due to the pressure of accused persons.
An accused namely Dr. Bilal is claiming some cordial type of
relations with S.S.P. Multan, so, naturally, the local police is
influenced and trying to get rid of this F.I.R. without exploring the
matter on the basis of fact and reality.
It is not a sort of high-handedness of “Wadera Shahi” and
the police, but no high-handedness can meet with this occurrence
having in which there is no hope of justice and fair-play from the
public functionaries. The applicant is going to knock at the door of
this high office and if could not get justice, would knock at the door of
Almighty Allah. In that position, you all will be held responsible to
me before Almighty Allah along-with other public functionaries, who
are not going to redress the genuine grievance of the applicant.
With a miserable hope of justice and fair-play and request
to change the investigation out of Multan Division,
