Safety

 All edges will be round and smoothed to prevent injury.


 All wires will be insulated and wrapped or hidden.
 There will no bolts with sharp edges.
 The circuit board will be properly secured.
 All small parts will be properly secured, e.g. nuts, components…
 A sensor will be placed on the gripper to prevent over pressurising.

Function

 A simple arrow button control system will control the robot.


 There will be no small gaps, so that it is easily cleaned.

Ergonomics

 Controller shaped like a games console control for easy handling.


 Battery compartment easily accessible for easy change-over.
 Battery polarity clearly marked to reduce risk of damage.
 Simple On/Off switch on robots base.
