ORDER

Whereas Shri Sanjiv Kumar Jain r/o A-84, 3rd Floor, Jangpura – B, New Delhi-
110014 had filed a complaint on 24th February, 2006 against denial of
information by the AIIMS about Dr. Venkayalapati Sri Venkateswara Prasad
S/o Shri V. Krishnama Naidu;

Whereas the AIIMS provided information available with them to the

Complainant vide their letters dated 28.2.2006, 28.3.2006, 6.5.2006 and
9.5.2006;

Whereas the Commission fixed 25th July, 2006 as the date of hearing;

Whereas AIIMS sent detailed reply to the Commission vide their letter
No.F.35-4/2006-Estt.I dated 20th July, 2006;

Whereas the matter was heard in the Commission on the appointed date;

Whereas the Commission has come to a tentative conclusion that the matter
is required to be looked into further by the AIIMS;

NOW the Commission requests the CPIO, AIIMS, New Delhi to send notice to
the third party i.e. Dr. Venkayalapati Sri Venkateswara Prasad S/o Shri V.
Krishnama Naidu under Section 11 of the RTI Act, 2005 asking him to make
his submissions in writing and authenticate copies of certificates and other
papers which were submitted to AIIMS at the time of his admission within 15
days of the issue of letter to him and forward the same to this Commission
within next 7 days for issue of appropriate directions.
