It is my pleasure to recommend Sayad Md. Arafath Ruzdiana for admission to Electrical Engineering with
emphasis on Telecommunication/Internet systems/Signal processing at Blekinge Institute of Technology,
Sweden. During four years undergraduate program I have taught several courses including Basic Electronics,
Digital Electronics, Industrial Electronics and Communication Engineering and found him equally adept in all
the courses. I would rank him in the top 15% students that I have taught in the past four years in respect of
him writing ability and research skills.

Rajshahi University is one of the topmost universities in Bangladesh where students are enrolled through a
competitive examination. Ruzdiana studied various courses of Applied Physics & Electronic Engineering and
proved himself equally skilled in almost all the courses. He did research project at the undergraduate level and
did well. His project title was “Digital Volume Control”. Overall, he is intelligent and has good analytical &
communication skills. He demonstrated his oral articulateness in the discussion sections that were an integral
part of the course.

At a personal level, Mr. Ruzdiana is a well disciplined, industrious student with a pleasant personality. He
went well beyond the course requirements in the quantity and quality of her project, putting in a lot of extra
research and attending office hours every week. Throughout the course, he demonstrated great perseverance
and initiative. He was not only interested in and motivated to learn the material, but put great work into
assimilating it to his own experience and developing his own ideas about each topic that we discussed.

I strongly believe that Mr. Ruzdiana is quite capable of pursuing the higher studies towards an M.Sc. degree in
