Terms of Service License Each license is valid for use on one domain or sub-domain i.e.

you need to purch ase separate plugin license for each domain/sub-domain/folder. You are of course welcome to create a private copy for development purposes. Support We provide complimentary support for 90 days for each purchased plugin in the fo rm of an online ticketing system. Our support team will assist with plugin insta llation, general questions and technical errors. We do not provide bug-fix suppo rt for our plugins if they are modified or your modifications in other parts of your site cause these errors. We don't provide support service if you're using illegal(nulled) version of Soci alEngine which may cause errors in our plugins. Refund Policy We provide refund only if all the following requirements are met: - refund is requested within 48 hours after purchase - if your site meets the plugin requirements and essential features of the plugi n will not work on your site - we cannot fix the plugin errors using given ftp, database and admin access cre dentials - errors are not caused by your modifications of the plugin or any part of Socia lEngine and other plugins We don't provide refund for the purchased hours packages if they are: - purchased more than 48 hours ago - partly used Refusal of service and business relations Hire-Experts will terminate all support and business relations in instances of p lugin piracy. This includes, but is not limited to "cracked", "nulled", or other wise unlicensed versions of our plugins
