We, the undersigned trustees of the 58-60 HIGH STREET CONDOMINIUM TRUST under a declaration of trust dated June 22, 2006 and recorded in the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds in Book 47681, Page 175 hereby certify, in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 183A, Section 6(d), that all condominium fees for Unit 58 have been paid and that there are no outstanding fees or assessments assessed against Unit 58 of the 58-60 High Street Condominium as of June 31, 2009.
