RE: Notice of Eviction To the request of the Landlord, Ms Jamieson & Mr Morris, we would like you to be aware of the th upcoming termination of your lease agreement. Following our last inspection on Wednesday the 17 of March 2010, discussion between our agency and the Landlord see it both impractical and unfeasible to continue leasing the property. The following observations were noted: Decrepit and Mismanaged gardens and structures- including a collapsed rear fence Structurally unsound interior finishings including doors, light brackets and fireplaces No evidence of any prior maintenance work undertaken by current tenants No liaison between Landlord and tenants in regard to property decay and wear Unfortunately as it stands the property in its current state is not only declining in property value, but is in need of major redevelopment and/or renovation We may be in discussion with you further in regard to eviction final dates, however at this stage we th seek you to be removed of the property by Friday 30 April, 2010. Should you consider this decision inappropriate, under The Residential Tenancies Act 1997 provides that you are entitled to four weeks notice before eviction before a tribunal hearing. Please be aware the facilities to challenge this decision and any costs incurred are the responsibility of current tenants. I would like to thank you on behalf of Nelson Alexander Estate Agency for your service over the past three years. This notice is served to you by registered and regular post. Yours faithfully NELSON ALEXANDER PTY LTD
