appears to be enough uncertainty about the ownership of this property to dictate that we
should make sure by examining the records. ft would be a shame to go through the
process that we have been discussing only to discover that we had either omitted an
Interest or not calculated correctly.
estimate that the cost of a title examination would run about $250.00. f doubt that I
could yet this done before the end of the year but we can at feast get this on the schedule
if this is something the family wishes to do, 1 am sending a copy of this letter to Donald
O'Rourke to keep him apprised of this matter and would ask that either of you get back to
