Guard or AVSEC Specialist are licensed and meticulously chosen for their character, dependability and competence. Guards for deployment come from or stay-in nearby areas of the airport and can be ready upon call. Has a pool of relievers who can also be posted anytime. Manpower pools of guards/AVSEC Specialist ready for posting for new clients. Guards undergo a training program before posting.

 Top Management visibility and support

Hands-on-management by key agency officers. Key officer or as a group, wherever possible, can attend on-site security meetings with the clients security manager. Client Security Manager or designated security officer may direct contact any of said key officers, at their mobile numbers. Area Supervisor can attend regular briefings with all deployed guards. Can offer technical expertise on CCTV, Radio communication and GPS Tracking System requirements.

 Specific need or requirement of clients can be satisfied through the companys in-house team of experienced and well-trained officers who can design POI/Training program, Security and Emergency plan for the need or requirements. Only college graduates or college level individuals and graduates of Aviation Security Management courses are accepted as guards. All guards are given pre-deployment or re-current training in aviation security. The recurrent training includes subject on discipline development and communication skill development. Send personnel to attend aviation security related courses conducted by other authorized agencies.
