Presently, the power from secondary winding of step down transformer that feeds to residential has its neutron wire connected direct to ground and all of wirings in the buildings are using ground wire for the propose of safety. Instead of connecting the neutron wire direct to ground, using a high impedance filter to by pass unwanted interfering signal that might be occurred will safer. When someone touches any single wire while wet foot will be saved, except touching 2 wires simultaneously. Also the ground wires can be eliminated from the service in buildings that will cut cost 25%.

For the 3 PHASE POWER:- Do it the same.
