Radio link prompt alarm

View alarm on BSC: 1- Click on Alarm Maintenance => Browser Alarm and then you will see this window beloved:

2- And right on alarm fill choose Filter Alarm and then type ID of alarm into Textbox and choose site name in fill and OK.

Next you will see alarm Radio Link Prompt Alarm in fill:

How to fix alarm: Configure 2TRX

Step 1: View alarm

Click on site name at the right panel and you will see and next right click on card DTRU => View Site Board:

After that the new windows Browse TRX Attributes show down and then click on Device Attributes look to Receive Mode and Send Mode are corrected setup paramater. Note: If site configure 2TRX paramater are (Receive Mode: Dividing Receive) and (Send Mode: No Combining). Before you have to call to province clear this alarm please check in system first.

Mistake problem

Step 2: Clear alarm - Right click on cell name => Click on Configure Cell Attributes the new window will show you as beloved:

- Select on cell view and move cell name to Selected cells and Next>

- Click on Set Cell Properties button:

- Choose button TRX Config the new window Set Cell Attributes:

- The slice window Configure TRX Attributes choose panel Device Attributes and change some parameter on Receive Mode and Sent Mode. By Receive Mode change to Dividing Receiver and Sent Mode change to No combining if configure 2TRX. And click OK => OK => Finish.

Radio Link on Configure 3TRX: - Right click on Card DDPU => View Site Board and then the new slice Browse Antenna Feeder Property beloved:

- Choose tab Antenna Feeder Attributed => Downlink Tributary you will the mistake. Note: If site configure 3TRX the Downlink Tributary must be change SkyFeedNo ABB non AAB.

Clear it
Right click on site name choose tab Configure Site Board Attribut:

Click on button Configure Site Board Attributes:

Right click on card DDPU Configure Board Attributes

Choose Antenna Feeder Attributes => click on Tributary No. choose Downlink Tributary and on SkyFeedNo please change transceiver type to ABB the same beloved. And OK => OK
