Both of them motivate me to study nursing. Nursing career selection isnt easy task; its depends upon various factors and guided by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. It is influence form personal, socioeconomical and environmental factors such as personal capacity, interest, social perception, career choice. For me, it is guided by different factors such as can work closely with people (co-operative but independent), community respect for the nursing profession, employment security over life of nursing, flexible working hours. Nurses are important in the health facilities because they deal patient emotions in the ward and community; they require close contact with patient. I must pass every subject of Bachelor of Nursing to get nursing degree. HLSC 121 Health Assessment is one important subject between various subjects.
