APPLICATION FOR GOOD CONDUCT CERTIFICATE / CERTIFICATE OF WAIVER OF TWO YEAR HOME RESIDENCE AND REGISTRATION OF MALAYSIANS ABROAD

e-Consular is an online application system, in which users can make the transactions: i. Application for Certificate of Good Conduct ii. Application for Certificate of Waiver of Two Year Home Residence iii. Registration of Malaysians Abroad. Following the following steps: i. Please use Mozilla Firefox version 3.6 (or Higher) as the web browser. DO NOT use Internet Explorer or other web browsers. Mozilla Firefox can be download at http://www.mozilla.com

Acrobat Reader is required to view and print the application form. Please ensure your computer is installed with Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded at http://get.adobe.com/reader. Go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Portal at http://www.kln.gov.my/web/guest/ekonsular Click on the e-Consular icon. If you are using the service for the first time, choose First time login? Click here. Fille in the required information and click Register. Then you will get a login page. To login, key in your identification number with the password that you keyed in during registration, and then click Login . Please ensure that the photo file is ion a JPEG format and the size is less than 200KB.
