Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 5. The presiding officer may ask the body for concerns that may have came up from the minutes. If there are concerns raised, he may present them to the body and dispose them accordingly 6. The presiding officer asks the following offices to present their accomplishment reports and strategic plan for SY 2011-2012: a. Quezon City Polytechnic University b. Scholarship and Youth Development Program c. Social Service Development Department d. TESDA-Quezon City e. Quezon City Public Library 7. Discussions to follow after each presentations as may be decided by the presiding officer
8. The Presiding Officer calls the representative of the PESO to report on their Industry Job

Discussions to follow after the presentation 12. Presiding Officer asks the secretariat for the presentation of resolution for the conduct of Barangay Literacy Forum. 13.
