THE NORTH-WEST FRONTIER PROVINCE, CIVIL SERVANTS (AMEN DM EN)) ACT. 1977.

(First published after having received the assent of the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province (Extra-ordinary), dated the 23rd June, 1977). AN ACT to amend the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants Act, 1973. Preamble WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the North-West Frontier Province (Civil Servants Act, 1973 (N.-W. F. P. Act XV1I1 of 1977, in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows: 1. (1) This Act may be called the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants (Amendment) Act, 1977. Short title, extent and commencement.

(2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect from the 22nd day of November, 1976. Amendment of 2. In the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants Act, 1973 (N.W. section 13 of F. P., Act, XVIII of 1973), in section 13, in clause (ii), for the word "fifty- N.W.F.P. Act eight" the word "sixtieth" shall be substituted. VIXIII of 1973. 3. The North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants (Amendment) Repeal (Second) Ordinance, 1977 (N.-W. F. P. Ordinance No. XI of 1977), is hereby repealed.
